What you’ll do

  • Oversee the end-to-end licensing process for aircrew and flight dispatch personnel, including initial applications, renewals, and endorsements.
  • Maintain up-to-date records for all mandatory crew documentation, including licenses, visas, medical certificates, and training compliance.
  • Monitor expiries and coordinate timely renewals to ensure continuous regulatory compliance.
  • Liaise with the General Authority of Civil Aviation (GACA) and other authorities to ensure alignment with licensing regulations.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as Training and Regulatory Affairs to ensure procedural consistency and policy alignment.
  • Assist crew members in understanding licensing requirements and documentation procedures.
  • Respond to inquiries from internal stakeholders and regulatory bodies in a timely and professional manner.
  • Safeguard sensitive crew data, ensuring full compliance with data protection and privacy standards.
  • Prepare reports and support internal and external audits related to crew licensing and documentation.
  • Coordinate visa appointments and prepare supporting documents as required.
  • Champion safety, health, and environmental compliance in every aspect of your work.

 

About You

What you’ll bring

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in aviation administration, crew services, or licensing.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks, ideally including GACA requirements.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to manage confidential information with integrity and discretion.
  • A proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
